  • WHAT IS THE DOJO BOX?
    The Dojo Box is the 1st elite subscription box designed for the martial artist. Each month's unique theme provides products that are sure to unleash the martial artist within.
  • HOW OFTEN DO YOU RELEASE NEW BOXES?
    Our box subscription is mailed monthly.
  • WILL I EVER RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCT IN THE BOX?
    No, you will never receive the same product more than once. However, there is a possibility of receiving a similar product, from a different brand, in a future box.
  • WHEN DOES THE BOX SHIP?
    The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
  • WHEN IS THE CUT OFF TIME FOR RECEIVING ONE MONTH'S BOX VERSUS THE NEXT WHEN ORDERING MY SUBSCRIPTION?
    All orders placed on the last day of the month by 11:59 PM EasternTime will start you with the current month’s box. Any orders placed 12:00 AM Eastern Time or later on the 1st of the month will start you with the new month’s box.
  • IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN THIS PRICE?

  • WHAT COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES CAN YOU SHIP TO?
    At this time we have open shipping to the gentlemen in the U.S. To be notified when shipping to other countires, please click here. We are able to ship to any US territory and APO/FPO/AA/AE/AP destination. Please select the “US” option when ordering.
  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?
    You can cancel your subscription at any time when on a monthly plan and will avoid next month’s charges if canceled before the next billing date. To cancel your subscription, contact us here and we will contact you within 48hrs. to help you with your request. If you do not receive an email or call to confirmation your cancelation/suspension from one of our team members, then that means that your subscription has NOT been canceled. Please contact us if you are unsure if your subscription is active or suspended.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BOX IS NOT DELIVERED?
    Sometimes things happen. We’ll be happy to evaluate your situation on a case by case basis and figure out the appropriate resolution to your situation at hand. We will not issue any replacements or refunds for orders where issues are not addressed within 30 days of shipping.
  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION?
    An annual subscription cannot be canceled in the middle of the gift. If you would like to stop your subscription from renewing for another year, please contact us and we will make sure to expire your subscription before auto-renewal.
  • ARE THERE ANY CANCELATION FEES?
    There are no cancellation fees associated with terminating your monthly subscription, unless you cancel after the next billing date. You will then be charged for the following month and will receive that month’s box as your final reception. Canceling and refunding a prepaid subscription before the scheduled end date will incur a 20% fee that is to be taken out of your refund for boxes not sent.
  • I DO NOT WANT TO CANCEL, BUT I DO WANT TO GO ON-HOLD. CAN I DO THAT?"
    Any monthly subscription option can be placed on a 30-day hold. After 30 days, the subscription will automatically switch back to being “active” and you are eligible to renew on the next renewal date. Click here to put your subscription on hold.
  • WHEN DO I GET MY BLACK BELT MAGAZINE?
    Magazines are distributed directly from BLACK BELT in the United States. If you are in the United States, BLACK BELT Magazine will begin shipping to your door in 4 to 6 weeks from the date you sign up. BLACK BELT magazine is not able to ship to countries outside of the United States. All US members receive a year of BLACK BELT magazine as a bonus to their one year subscriptionto The Dojo Box. The value of BLACK BELT magazine is not considered in the total retail value of the boxes distributed by The Dojo Box.
  • WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
    Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
  • WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE CHARGED?
    For a monthly subscription, your account will be charged the day you subscribe. After you receive your first box, your account will be charged on the same day of each following month. If you subscribe within the 6th and 30/31st of the month, your first box is shipped the day you sign up. If you subscribe between the 1st and 5th of the month your account will be charged that day and your first box box will ship the 5th of that month. An annual subscription will renew for another year after twelve months of boxes have been sent out (i.e. an annual purchased in November 11, 2017 will renew again November 10, 2018).   • WHAT DUTIES, FEE, AND TAXES ARE THERE ON THE BOXES AND PRODUCTS I PURCHASE?"
    To anything shipped within the United States, we pick up the duties, taxes, and other fees. You may also want to check with your credit card company in advance in regards to conversion fees as all of our transactions are run in USD. International duties or fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. The Dojo Box will not reimburse the purchaser for duties.
  • HOW DO I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE?

  • HOW DO COUPONS WORK?
    That’s great that you found a coupon! Certain types of coupons apply to different types of orders. If you forget to apply your coupon, you have 24 hours from when your order is placed for us to honor that coupon. You must provide us with the coupon code for us to manually apply it to your order. All coupons for subscriptions only apply to the first month’s box and will not affect months thereafter. Coupons cannot be used on any “sale” items. You can read more about coupon use and abuse here in our terms of service.
  • HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?

  • CAN I RETURN ONE PRODUCT FROM MY BOX?
    Unfortunately, our boxes are a package deal and we do not accept returns of individual products from them. However, your feedback on the products you received, whether you liked them or loathed them, is greatly appreciated. Please contact us with these comments or concerns by using our contact page.
  • WHAT IF I RECEIVE AN ITEM BROKEN OR DAMAGED?
    Please contact us, and we are more than happy to make it right for you. Please note that we cannot issue replacement products for boxes that have shipped over 30 days past when you contact us.
  • DO YOU HAVE GIFT SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS?
    Gift subscription packages are available in 3, 6 and 12-month options. Enter the recipient’s mailing address, and we’ll send their gift subscription directly to their home.
  • CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE SUBSCRIPTION BOXES IN ONE TRANSACTION?
    Unfortunately at this time, you can only add one address per transaction. Thus, if you’re looking to purchase multiple box subscriptions for different individuals, this should be done in separate transactions.
  • DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS ON GIFT AND ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS?
    Refunds are not offered on gifts or annual subscriptions.
  • CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY MONTHLY BOX?
    Sorry, no. There is no need to let an awesome box go to waste, gift it to a fellow martial artist.
